Picniq Inc.'s Commitment

Although 99% of our customers are satisfied with the AI headshots they receive, in certain cases the images may not represent you accurately for various reasons. At Picniq, we are committed to providing an excellent user experience and are happy to offer a free re-generation or a full 100% refund in such cases.

However, since this is a digital product and to prevent misuse, we have implemented a number of rules designed to maintain fairness and product quality for everyone.

Cases Not Eligible for a Refund

We may not be able to provide a refund in the following situations:

Failure to follow upload guidelines: If the result is not to your satisfaction, we will review the uploaded photos to ensure you followed our upload guidelines.

Use of images: To prevent misuse, downloading the images will be considered as use of the product. You can preview all images generated for you before choosing to download them.

Refund request timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Team plans: For team accounts, we offer partial refunds only for unused credits, due to the higher costs of enterprise customer service.

Feedback Process Before Refund

To allow us to address and improve the result:

  1. We will collect and analyze the feedback you provide during your album review process.
  2. Based on the feedback, we will create an additional album of the same size as the one you ordered, at no extra cost.
  3. Before creating the additional round, we may ask you to upload new or additional photos to improve the quality of the result.
  4. If after the additional album you are still eligible for a refund and wish to receive one, you will receive a full 100% refund of the amount paid.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our customer support via email at hello@picniq.ai. When contacting us, please include the email address associated with your order.

How Long Does a Refund Take

We are committed to reviewing and responding to refund requests in accordance with this policy within 1 to 3 business days. If the request is approved, the credit will appear on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
